Children-focused snacking and meal brand Slurrp Farm has raised Rs 30 crore (around $3.3 million) in its extended Series C funding round from Scarlet Ventures, marking its first major fundraise after nearly two years.

The Gurugram-based startup, operated under Wholsum Food Private Limited, is expected to use the capital to strengthen its long-term financial resources and support future growth.

Slurrp Farm Secures Fresh Capital in Extended Series C

As per regulatory filings sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the board of Wholsum Food Private Limited allotted 1,04,457 Series C1 preference shares to Scarlet Ventures.

The shares were issued at a price of Rs 2,872 per share, enabling the company to raise Rs 30 crore in this round.

The filing also mentioned that the funds will be used to enhance the company’s long-term financial capacity, indicating continued expansion plans in India’s growing kids nutrition segment.

Slurrp Farm Valuation Jumps to Rs 810 Crore

According to estimates, Slurrp Farm’s valuation has reportedly increased significantly after this round.

This indicates a valuation growth of nearly 59% compared to its last funding round.

Following the latest allotment, Scarlet Ventures now holds around 3.7% stake in the company.
