The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has invited bids for a ₹3.5 crore PR and social media tender on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The contract will span three years (36 months) and aims to strengthen the regulator’s public relations, media outreach, and digital engagement.

The tender, listed as GEM/2025/B/6467330 on GeM, requires agencies to manage both PR strategy and social media campaigns, with a strong focus on food safety awareness, brand communication, and public engagement.

The evaluation will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) model with a 70:30 ratio between technical and financial scores. Agencies must score at least 70 marks in the technical round to qualify for financial evaluation. A presentation round will be held at FSSAI’s FDA Bhawan office.

Agencies must also furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10 lakh and provide an electronic Performance Bank Guarantee (ePBG) of 5% of the contract value for 38 months.
